Each pregnancy and subsequent pregnancy will stretch you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There will be much unfurling and unlearning as you make space for softness, allowing your baby to guide you to the next best version of yourself.

The months spent preparing to meet your baby will be a transformative and wild ride. I am here to help you sift through the noise (and unsolicited advice), empower you in your choices, and reconnect you to your innate wisdom.  

This could look different for everyone, but usually, it would include discussing what kind of pregnancy and birth you’d like to have, what your hopes and fears are, looking inward at your relationship with yourself and others around you, and gathering the knowledge and tools to help you navigate the ups and downs of this journey. Most importantly, I will support you with nourishing the mind, body, and spirit throughout, so that you feel held and honoured.

Our time together can also be dedicated to the practical — writing your birth plan, help with relaxation techniques, discussing birthing partner’s role, supporting siblings, preparing for a nourishing and restful postpartum with meal / pantry prep, meal train organising, building boundaries etc.

I offer in-person care, and I can also work with you virtually to support you through your pregnancy, prepare you for your birth and the immediate postpartum period.
